Happy St. Patrick's Day!

And Happy 6th Birthday to Emma!Cherry chip cake with buttercream frosting, 6 fondant shamrocks, 6 fondant flowers, and 6 black dots on the ladybug! This was my first time making grass -- it was fun!

Baby Einstein

Ahh, yes. Baby Einstein. My daughter is in love with the bee. Her first birthday party was easy to plan, but the cake was a little tricky. Once I started making those little creatures out of fondant, I couldn't stop. I seriously considered covering the whole cake, but stopped and just did the front. It was a strawberry cake with buttercream frosting and fondant animals.
