Tangled Tower Cake

My challenge for the weekend!  A big thanks to my husband who helped with the stand to get this tower to be super sturdy!  The bottom layer and the top are both chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and mmf, the tower is rice krispie treat covered in fondant.

White cake with buttercream frosting, marshmallow fondant.  The small cake is buttercream with fondant decor and is the 1st birthday girl's smash cake!

Housewarming Cake / Citrus Cream Cheese Frosting!

I'm not a fan of cream cheese frosting.
Until now.
Requested flavor-citrus cream cheese frosting.
Outcome-WONDERFUL.

Nutty Chocolate Cake

 

Happy Birthday cake!  Milk chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream (except for the roses-those are regular b/c) with walnuts and pecans!

Here's an interesting combination!  Let me state they were for a double birthday party so the girl got a girly one...

Wedding Cake

Lovely wedding cake for a backyard wedding in Anchorage this past weekend.  It was yellow/chocolate marble cake with buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant.  Real flowers made me just a little nervous, but they bunched together rather nicely and made for a beautiful cake topper!  Congratulations to the new bride and groom!
